Return Policy
At eGentlemen, Inc. we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know that you may want to return items, below are details of our return policy:
Defective Items
You can always return items if they are defective only if you notify eGentlemen, Inc. via e-mail within 72 hours of delivery of the product to you. You will need a Return Authorization number. On defective products we will cover the costs of shipping when you return the product.
Errors in Products Shipped & Non-Defective Items
If you would like to return a non-defective item, we will only accept unopened, unused products in its original packaging, if returned within 10 days of the delivery date to you. There will be a 20% restocking fee, and you are responsible for the shipping costs back to us. In addition, please contact us via e-mail for a Return Authorization number.
Jurisdiction
This site is intended for and directed to residents of the United States of America and Canada and all trademark notices, advertising and claims contained in this site are valid only in the United States of America and Canada.
Any legal issues arising in connection with this site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
